The initial phase includes orientation and consultation that are implemented one month before the Beneficiaries Acceptance Stage. Socialization toward Services or related Agencies and also people are done in this stage. The procedures and requirements about the acceptance of Beneficiaries are delivered on this socialization. The selection of Beneficiaries covers administrative selection and interview that are conducted by a team under the Decree of Chairman.
