The children is
a gift from God Almighty. They are worth and dignity as human beings and they
also become successor ideals of our nation which have important roles in the development of this country. Therefore,
the children need to get opportunity to grow optimally both physically and
mentally.
Nowadays, the
problem of street children become more complex. This is important thing for street
children who are in a community. The handling of their problems require the
attention of government and society.
Basen on the
regulation of Central Java governor number 53 in 2013 about the organization
and the technical implementation unit at the Social Department Central Java
province, The Social Rehabilitation Center for street children “Kartini”
Tawangmangu has a main duity and function as a place which provides social
rehabilitation services for street children in Central Java province.
